A Case Manager will contact renter applicants to continue the application process. Case Managers will collect any missing information, verify eligibility, and obtain signatures from the renter and landlord.
If the renter’s application is approved, rental payment will be sent for funding approval, followed by direct payment to the landlord.

12/15/21—Utility assistance application is available to renters
8/4/21—Visit ERAP booth at the Statewide Job Fair 9:00 am until noon at Raising Cane’s River Center.
8/3/21—A new eviction moratorium has been issued through October 3, 2021, for counties/parishes with high levels of transmission to include East Baton Rouge Parish
6/21/21 – 12/22/21—ERAP Staff at Goodwood Library to scan in documents from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm daily.
6/24/21—CDC Eviction Moratorium extended through July 31, 2021.
4/5/21—Case management phase begins: We appreciate your patience as we work through a large volume of applications. Applications will be processed according to program priorities.
